Depth Work: Psychotherapy and Jungian Analysis

A Process

As a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in California (2015), I have been practicing since 2008. My primary professional interests are reflected in association with the IAAP; as a Jungian Training Analyst, I am in the final phase of certification with The C.G.Jung Study Center of Southern California. The past decade has been rich in a broad range of professional experiences, working with a range of psychological struggles, especially life transitions, existential conflicts of identity, historical traumas, the corrosive and overwhelming trials from addiction, anxious and depressive experiences when consumed by complexes and neurosis.

Providing effective counseling and therapy has been helpful for my patients in understanding thoughts and behaviors, but this often stirs a desire to seek greater consciousness. I believe that here thru deep reflection and analysis, we uncover greater awareness and the unconscious process that leads to a next level of enlightenment, the Self. This is where I focus my practice, collaborating with you to develop meaning, distinguish direction, uncover awareness of the unconscious, and finding purpose, while building the necessary ego strength to face this often challenging yet rewarding peregrination.
